Dear Giri,

Thanks for that. 7th is not too far to go and hopefully I will get info about the place within a day now, I will let you know by tomorrow. Ideally we should arrange for the following:
  • Conveyance - Cars too are Ok.
  • Start time - 6:30 am
  • Return by 7 pm. Will be a very dark night so no point hanging around late there.
  • Food
    • Breakfast - enroute at Hosur at a small way side place.
    • Lunch - will take packed Chappathis, Aloo sabji and Curd rice.
    • Tea time - take our own stove for tea/coffee. Biscuits & some plum cake.
    • Group - families.

I will confirm the number of people that is convenient, however if it's only a day trip we need not worry much about the numbers.

Prasanna

Dear Giri,

Still a few questions to be answered about Aiyur. Simple to go there but need to get a permission first and also make sure the toilets are decent (which is a big question).

I am meeting Tarsh from KANS this evening and he told me that there are several other places as well to go. IN the mean time I am also trying to reach the Tamil Nadu Forest Dept. for obtaining permission.

Cheers,
Prasanna
