Dear Giri,

  I thought we could send out the following email to the residents. Of course others in this email too are welcome to put forward suggestions. Addressed to Giri because it he who has initiated this plan.

Dear Friends of Cassia,

  Few of us from Cassia have gone on treks & camping a few years back but since then we have only been telling each other about doing more of it but never got to it so far. Hence we are thinking about a day out to some place nearby. We are thinking about a place which offers a mix of forest and some place to sit and have lunch, and hopefully some place that has Toilets. We have a place in mind which is about 65 to 70 kms from here and is a forest as well (Part of Eastern Ghats). Of course we need to get right permissions to enter the Reserve Forest.

  Depending on the response we get we can plan the place etc. So please do let us know if you are interested in such an outing.
