Can i login to remote machine using Cassia dll?

I am using version 2.0.0.60 on WIN7 machine environment?
I have standalone window application created in C#.net.

I have seen,as this dll can be used to logged off user session..

Nope, there is no documented API for logging into a remote machine and
creating a new session. You'd need to use the Remote Desktop ActiveX
control for that:
