How do I join cassandra tables with inner join or something..?

Hi

I am new to cassandra. I have many different tables created under apache cassandra 1.2.5

I want to know is there any way to query in such a way that we would retrieve results like join..? Can we perform inner join/outer join on cassandra's table.
