JMX local port missing

Hi,

I'm getting

ERROR org.apache.cassandra.service.StartupChecks - cassandra.jmx.local.port missing from cassandra-env.sh, unable to start local JMX service.

using

@Rule

public CassandraCQLUnit cassandraUnit = new CassandraCQLUnit(new ClassPathCQLDataSet("schema.cql"));

I'm on the latest version of cassandra-unit, 3.0.0.1

Am I missing something? Should I declare the JMX port anywhere?

I didn't, been working on different things.. will remind myself to post if I find a solution
