Hi everyone!!!
Our major fundraiser is just around the
corner!!! Black Tie & Levi will be on Friday, October 30th.
We will be distributing tickets on Registration night, September 29th.
Each family is responsible for 4 tickets and payment will be collected at
distribution. Tickets are $40.00 each.
This year we are trying an incentive to sell more
tickets!! For every 4 ADDITIONAL sold you will receive two free raffle
tickets for the live auction. The winner of this raffle will get to choose
from 4 items selected from the live auction before it begins. We would
really like every family to sell additional tickets. The higher the
attendance...the higher the bids...the more profit for our Club.
Tables are also available for purchase at a
discount rate of $300.00 for a table of 8. When you purchase a table
it will have a reserved sign with your company's name the night of the
auction. All other tables are on a first come basis.
We are still in need of donations!!!!! If you
can donate an items please call me ASAP. Also if you can get donations
from local friends or businesses, please let me know. I can easily check
my records to see if people have been contacted. This fundraiser is VERY
important for the financial stability of our Club. It is one of the main
reasons we can keep our fees very low compared to other ski clubs.
