exuberant-ctags + jsctags + vim

Has anyone successfully integrated exuberant-ctags and/or jsctags with their PhantomJS or CasperJS scripts? What about connecting that to vim, possibly though Taglist?

If not, what is the closest thing to an IDE for interacting with CasperJS?

Far from being an IDE, Sublime Text has a CasperJS package shipping
with snippets and basic (dumb) autocompletion
