planning for Job fair next year

I am in contact with HQ to co-sponsor the annual job fair next year.  Here are potential dates to consider. Please give me your feedback.

Since the 2014 Silicon Valley Job fair is set on May 3^rd Sat, and May 4^th in Portland, we have limited choice of date for Austin.

 

1. May 3^rd - Silicon Valley job fair checking time is 9am; it ends at 4pm and followed by a dinner through 9pm
2. May 4^th - Portland is afternoon event, maybe followed by dinner.

 

Here are a few options for Austin

 

May 1^st Thursday, afternoon or evening event; leave Friday as the travel day to San Jose

May 2^nd Friday, 10am - 3pm, so companies can take ~5:30pm flight to San Jose (arriving ~10:30pm)

May 4^th Sunday, afternoon (same day as Portland), companies can only choose either Austin or Portland; companies take early morning flight from San Jose to Austin

May 5^th Monday, not an option since it requires 1-day to travel from Portland to Austin
