We have successfully hosted TSMC dinner event a few weeks ago! Thanks to everyone who joined.
Now we are in a critical stage of CASPA's annual job fair in Austin. We are only less than 4 weeks away from our scheduled time May 4th. However, at this point, we only have Samsung signed up to attend, and we gave them a big discount of paying only $600 as the first one. Based on our budget sheet, we need at least one more company (who pays regular $1000 fee) to attend so that all expenses can be covered.
Therefore, could the primary contacts listed below try to reach out to the company's HR to see if any of them is willing to attend our job fair? For your convenience, I have attached our promotion materials, including PPT, invitation letter, and our flyer, etc. Please feel free to use them to present to HR.
Hopefully we will have more companies to attend. However, if we end up with having Samsung only, what shall we do? Shall we cancel the event, or work something else out? Any thoughts/suggestions are welcome!
