Job fair recruiting - Help needed!!!

Happy new year!


The job fair is scheduled to take place on May 4th afternoon. HQ has lined up 49 candidate companies, most of them are CASPA sponsors already.  They are confident at least 25 of them will sign up.  Hopefully some of those companies will choose Austin site as well. 

In the mean time, we are working on recruiting local companies. Here are the list of companies in HQ's list that have an Austin site that I know of. We should talk to them about the Austin job fair opportunity. I assigned some of you as the primary contact for a company. The procedure is to first find some one who knows a high level executive;  introduce our organization and the plan through them, and then let the executive passes the information to HR department. We will prepare promotion flyers pretty soon, so you will have material to make presentation or introduction. 

Please let me know if you know anyone in the companies that I did not assign a contact who can help us.

Dear friends,

We have successfully hosted TSMC dinner event a few weeks ago! Thanks to everyone who joined. 

Now we are in a critical stage of CASPA's annual job fair in Austin. We are only less than 4 weeks away from our scheduled time May 4th. However, at this point, we only have Samsung signed up to attend, and we gave them a big discount of paying only $600 as the first one. Based on our budget sheet, we need at least one more company (who pays regular $1000 fee) to attend so that all expenses can be covered. 

Therefore, could the primary contacts listed below try to reach out to the company's HR to see if any of them is willing to attend our job fair? For your convenience, I have attached our promotion materials, including PPT, invitation letter, and our flyer, etc. Please feel free to use them to present to HR.

Hopefully we will have more companies to attend. However, if we end up with having Samsung only, what shall we do? Shall we cancel the event, or work something else out? Any thoughts/suggestions are welcome!
