All,

Here is my tentative schedule for the job fair preparation.

1. In January, find an appropriate place to host the event. Make some brochures about Austin such that CASPA headquarter staff could use it to attract companies domestic and overseas. Extend our network to more senior engineers in Austin, who will be helpful for us to contact companies domestic and overseas.

2. In February, try to attract more companies in Austin to attend this event.

3. In the remaining months, keep following up the event arrangements.

4. In April, notify people in Austin or nearby about the CASPA job fair in Austin. Available communications may be: mitbbs, utccsa, other Austin Chinese social groups, etc. Also ask professors and students in nearby universities to forward info on this event to their departments. I don't think we need to waste any money on 世界日报 和 星岛日报 和 美南新闻。Those who read these 3 newspapers usually don't speak English.  Don't expect them to look for a job in IT area.

Please add more...

thanks

please refer to HQ's planning document as reference. You can prepare a budget sheet to see what is our break-even point.
