We have made tentative arrangement with CASPA HQ to host 2014 job fair at Austin as well. Our target date is May 4th/sunday/afternoon. (Silicon Valley on May 3rd, and Portland on May 4th too). Samuel Pan and Lide Duan will lead the organization of this event. Please give them help if you can. 

Here is the planning schedule from HQ. 

By Jan 31, ready to invite overseas companies with invitation letter for visa purpose

By Feb 28, all material ready for full throttle recruiting

By Mid April, secure at least 20 hiring companies (target ~25)

we are also encouraged to find local companies to participate in the job fair as well. So if anyone can help find candidate companies please let us know.
