New year celebration dinner

I would like to propose a dinner gathering event for CNY. This is for all the members. Any suggestion ? Time and place.

forget to mention, ACPS will host a festival event for new year as well. We are supporting it. So if we are not going to do the dinner alone, we can just focus on the ACPS event.

I am currently traveling in Shanghai. I will not attend. I suggest you eat at Hoho bbq restaurant.

ACPS will hold event on 2/16. It will have talent shows and presumably attracting more people. We are co-hosting.

奥斯汀华人社团将于2月23日下午在长城中文学校举办庆祝春节元宵演出活动。晚上有聚餐。联合举办这次活动的有如下社团：奥斯汀华人专业人士协会，大奥斯汀华商会，奥斯汀华人之友，北美半导体协会奥斯汀分会， 奥斯汀长城中文学校等。欢迎愿意赞助的单位联系我们。

Here is the list of remaining things we need to prepare:

Performance

  - Sound system and stage lights: Great Wall school is contacting Webb middle school about permission and how to use it. 

  - Flyer （海报）: Sun Fei will work on it

  - Program （节目）: Sun Fei will work on it. Great Wall school will also contact their teachers and students to recruit programs. 

  - Hosts (主持人）: UTCSSA has agreed to provide guest hosts. 

Sponsors:  we need to start contacting potential sponsors

Dinner location: we need to decide the restaurant and see if we can get a sponsor for some discount.

Co-organizers: We will contact more associations.
