Reg, Support Group Training Session

Dear All,

I have spoken to Prof. Dhanda and Prof. Martin Price regarding helping out with the training session of the CASH volunteers. While, both of them are free on this Tuesday between 1-2 and have agreed to the proposal, Diana Ma'am, who is our on-campus counselor, is unavailable for this week but has agreed to help out on next Tuesday. So, we have two options before us:

i) we go ahead with the part of the training coming from Prof. Dhanda and Prof. Price at 1 this Tuesday and we can have the session with Diana Ma'am on next Tuesday.

ii) We push the whole thing to next Tuesday. But I will have to check back with Dhanda Ma'am and Prof. Price on this.

In my opinion we should go with the first option and split the training into two sessions because Diana Ma'am has said that she can be present for half an hour only, that is just her portion.

Also, where are we holding the training? Are we asking the faculty support group members to be there as well?

Please reply ASAP as Prof. Price has asked me to confirm the session timings immediately.
