Hi,

Can we schedule a meeting with Vasanthi Ma'am this coming week? Please put forth dates and time when you all are free. Then we can ask her if she is free around that time.

Will 11-11:30 do with everyone any day next week?

It is better if we start working on it (with reference to the seminar and the discussion) beginning of the semester rather than later.

I have an exam on 17th, so personally I would prefer not to have a meeting on 16th. However, post that, I am fine and since almost all of us share similar classes finding common time slot shouldn't be that difficult.
