 Dear all
Please find attached a fresh version of the draft rules for CASH. I must thank all of you for the tremoundous amount of time and effort spent for by you for it to reach this stage. I have made some fundamental changes, like dropping the policy bit, as i could not find enough policy as most of them were in the form of rules. So these are rules and procedure for CASH. it is a single document which has been forwarded to the vc for his comments.
