draft policy and regulations

Dear all

 

This is in continutation of my mail on 6th and a meeting on the policy. I am sending a slightly revised draft. This may be circulated to all students for comments and feedback.It might be useful to circulate and hold an open house.  I am yet to receive a list of student volunteers, faculty and outside members who will be the support group which I think should go up at the earliest.
