So you guys missed out the meeting Vasanthi Ma'am had called for when all of this was finalized. She categorically didn't want a selection procedure to elect members of the support group and we negotiated with her to have seven student members on the group and everybody who has been involved in the drafting is pretty much a part of it (that includes both of you). Rupali has the final list of everything and once she sends that in we can discuss further.
Furthermore, the members of the support group have to undergo a training session by Martin Price, Diana Monteiro and I'm forgetting who else. We had scheduled this for the 5th I think. We also had decided to use the week between 10th to 14th of Feb to make unannounced surprise presentation in each batch to spread awareness. This was to ensure that everybody HAD to attend the awareness raising sessions. Rupali had taken down the details and time line, so Rupali could you please send it to the group? Once that's done we can meet and discuss whatever issues you guys want to go over.

I feel that Vasanthi Ma'am should only pick. Its only fair that she does. All of us have a presumptive vested interest. 

Ok, so I spoke to her a few days ago to talk about the 377 wala panel we were to have and she told me she spoke to Rupali who was to circulate the draft amongst the student body and was also to send out an email asking people to sign up for the Support Group.

So can we, while we discuss selection of person for the interim committee, also pick a date for holding the Open House for the students? I'll be sending an email to circulate the draft tomorrow.
