Multiple Instances of CaseTracker?

I would like to connect simultanously to multiple FogBugz sites with
CaseTracker, best by running multiple instances. The problem is, I
have to track the same time on different tasks in different systems
(my own to bill my customer and my customer's to get proper times for
the cases). I tried to start a second instance with ShellRunas on
another user account, but failed.

Probably I'm looking for some command line argument specifying the
registry subkey where to find the configuration data, but I'm not
aware of any.

Doe you have a solution?
