I've finally put the latest Kas to bed. As you can see from the Kas
summary I'm overcommitted!
10% is an easy clean up - I'm only 1% over.
The schematics and specifications have been updated to reflect
reality.
Notably there is a dither generator added to the SPU, and the proc
busses are now 72 bits.
Tiger says "woof?".

Talking to myself now. I couldn't resist. I optimized Xeq - it now has
imprecise fault pc, but if your synth code is buggered then it's
buggered.
