It's not such a bad thing that all afraid of doing. it is not a request that a person wants to send it. it's all idea. and the letter can be " The students are listed bellow wants to postpone the date to .... we would like to ask you to accept...." or something similar to it. so it is not personal.

Me myself have a big problem with my advisor and yesterday and today I was with Jan and he knows I have not any model and theory yet and he guided me today for 10 minutes around noon. So, I think that if I send this letter now, maybe he thinks that because I did not write anything yet, so I asked others to be agree with me. otherwise surely I accept to send this email to Jan.

But actually I have been arguing with Jan about my bachelor degree(yet has not solved) and my reference problem in system thinking course last year(which they are really serious about the my careless reference), they most kicked me out of the school....

So I am sorry I can not do that, because Jan will absolute ignore my opinion.

By the way, please be careful about the reference in system thinking course. Anita and Jan are very serious about it.
