IBIC challenge

Hej Guys,
regarding to IBIC Challenge, the deadline of submission of final
paper was 1st of May. and they mentioned :
(*) If the submission is part of a course at a University or
equivalent third level institution, the deadline might be extended to
facilitate submission deadlines during the semester. In this case, the
faculty member should contact the conference organizers.

Jan wants to send and email to them to postpone the deadline for us.
He wants to know the names and date which is good for us but not too
late. If anybody is interested to send his/her thesis to IBIC please
answer this letter soon because it's already late.

Are you joking Mahsa? The conference will be held on 26-28 May.  you do not need to submit your thesis. you are supposed to submit a perspective of your thesis or case study. According to our request it will postpone to 7 May if they accept. So if you can manage something until that date let's know in advanced in order to put your name in the letter.

I think if we send a group request, they will consider online adobe presentations more carefully.

They accepted for the date 7 May for final submission. but they asked who wants to attend to conference. we should say to Jan to answer him. this is their answer:

Yes, May 7 will be fine.

Can you confirm for me; are all of the authors planning to attend the Conference?  Any indication you have will be helpful as I'm starting to make reservations
