Greetings Community Members and Allies,
The Black Los Angeles HIV/AIDS Coalition (BLAAC) proudly invites you to "A
Community Discussion on PrEP."
As you are aware there has been a great deal of dialogue about PrEP and it
is our intention in holding this Community Discussion to provide an
opportunity for the Black community to have an open and thoughtful dialogue
about this particular biomedical advance. PrEP is short for PreExposure
Prophylaxis.
The Community Discussion will be held at the community room inside the
offices of Los Angeles County Board of Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas, which
is located at 700 Exposition Park Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90037.
The event will take place on Tuesday evening, June 19, 2012 from 6:00 pm to
9:00 pm. Light refreshments will be served promptly at 5pm.
Admission is free but space is limited. To reserve your seat please RSVP by
