Still no Spark support in Cascading [1] :/

Anyone knows the status / roadmap of that?

No, but if you want a faster cascading, why don't you try it on Tez or
Apache Flink? People seem to be very happy with those choices.

If you have a YARN cluster, both are quite easy to deploy (no
additional daemons needed).
