Cascading 4.1

Hey all

Quick note that Cascading 4.1 has been released. 

This will be the last Hadoop 2.x minor release, unless we get PRs. 

For Hadoop 3, see the 4.5 wips (hope to release 4.5 shortly). 

This release is available on Maven Central

Of note:

- Native Parquet support (the classes were imported from the Apache Parquet Project after deprecation)

- Native support for Kafka, Neo4j, Splunk, and AWS S3 in local mode (imported the cascading-local project)

- Various performance improvements in relation to coercions

All future development will be on the wip-4.5 branch:

If anyone want’s a 4.5 feature back-ported to an earlier version, please cherry-pick the features and open a pull request.

Also awesome is that PRs are now built and tested in GitHub via an action.
