Cascading 4.5

Hey all

Quick note that Cascading 4.5 has been released. 

This adds support for Hadoop 3.x.

This release is available on Maven Central

Also of note:

- Native Parquet support (the classes were imported from the Apache Parquet Project after deprecation)

- Native support for Kafka, Neo4j, Splunk, and AWS S3 in local mode (imported the cascading-local project)

- Various performance improvements in relation to coercions

All future development will be on the wip-4.5 branch:

If anyone want’s a 4.5 feature back-ported to an earlier version (<4.5), please cherry-pick the features and open a pull request.

Also awesome is that PRs are now built and tested in GitHub via an action.
