Hey all, this one snuck up on me, but our September meeting is tomorrow. This month's theme is Fermentation\Yeast. Experiments with wild stuff, mixed fermentation, or even just a "normal" yeast that you're using in an unexpected way. This also sets us up for next month being Hops, so keep that in mind as we get into fresh hop season :)

We're back at Tap Union this month, in the old flower shop space, just duck through the curtains in the bottle shop room. Meeting kicks off at 6:30.
