Hello (again) everyone!
Cascadia Brewers Alliance will be hosting Imperial Yeast in the back room of Baders on November 7th at 7PM. They will be discussing various experiments they have ran using various Kveik strains/pitch rates/temperatures. There will also be several Kveik fermented beers for everyone to enjoy and see the differences of Kveik strains. If you are at all interested in learning about these temperature tolerant yeast strains, this seminar will be perfect for you.
