Hey all, as promised, the January meeting is this Thursday. This month's theme is Fermentation/Yeast driven flavor profiles (Tyler D, let's have that Tripel again!).

As always, meeting at Tap Union, over on the flower shop side. We'll kick things off at 6:30pm.
