looks good, a few change suggestions

Hi Folks,

Thanks for writing CascadeLMS and making it open source. It looks
good!

I've been accumulating small changes in a "first impressions" branch
at http://github.com/ccabot/CascadeLMS/tree/first_impression . Feel
free to cherry-pick the ones that you find interesting. Several of
them are relevant only if you want CascadeLMS to run with sqlite but
it's a nice easy demo environment so you might want to take a look.

I'd also suggest genericizing the default data and moving the Miami
branding to a branch (or Rails environment), but I'm not sure how
you'd prefer to do that.

I added a few commits to get the tests closer to being able to run.
I'm not sure if they actually test anything or if they're all
generated code, but at least they're far less crashy now.

I'm actually traveling through the end of October, and will be pulling
