Intro - Russ aka Myself

Hey all,

Just wanted to drop a line and intro myself since I found out that Canton had a brew club.

 

I have been homebrewing for over a year, mostly extracts, one partial mash, and ramping up to go AG but I am still in the process of getting the last of my gear for that one. So until then I am still stove top cooking as time permits.....not a lot though the last two months but that is changing with kids getting back into school. Some of my favorite styles are Porters, APA's, IPA's, and a few various Belgian styles (Tripel, Quads, etc..). Anyhow, I consider myself rookie (only brewed 8 - 5 gallon batches so far) and looking to learn , drink and have some good times.

Hey russ we started at I hope wil be a tradition last year of antasyfootball. 50 bucks to play winner gets all the money. Last year we only had 6  if I don't get the saaz interest I'm hoping for I may just do 8-10 cascade members. Would you be interested if I don't hear anything within te next week or so?
