a ride and bed?

I’m looking for a ride down to the Carrizo Plains from the Bay Area. 

Having never experienced an RV, and always looking to increase my breadth of American cultural  experience, I’m hoping someone - need not be my ride down - has a spare bed in one for the conference.  

Will share costs. 

A related thought:  many of you know about the Fosterieri underground house and garden,  an intuitive response to Fresno’s climate and hardpan subsoil, dug by hand in a solo effort decades ago?   I’ve always wanted to see the place, but never get near Fresno.  

Being built environment geeks, it would be a great opportunity to  arrange a deluxe, see it ALL tour from the original owner’s family while we are assembled in the area. 

Do I hear a second?

Bob, one of these days I intend to get to Forestieri, too -- maybe we can arrange a field trip from the Bay Area. 

BTW, I am riding down to Carrizo with Alexandra Martynetz (see her message in the thread David started). She may still have room for one more in her Jeep Cherokee (it's not an RV, though). ;)
