Hello Dhananjay,

Thanks for sharing these details.But we have few queries. Kindly address them:

1. Is maintenance amount from C building considered in above calculations is of 2 years? 

2. Please provide detail statement of expenses as we are confused with total amounts. e.g.security bill considered is approx 1 lakh per month. While we have been paying approx 80-85k per month.

    We do have confusion in other areas as well. So please share detailed expense report for verification.

3. We do see that expenses are considered here are from 1st April 2016 to 5th May 2017. For simplicity can we consider upto 31st March 2017 only so that next year we don't have any confusion.

4. We have requested defaulters to pay maintenance amount immediately. Kindly do one more follow up from your side.
