No water through Solar outlet

Hello Maintenance Team,

This is to bring to your notice that there is no water coming from the Solar outlet.

Can you please look into it or confirm if there is any maintenance issue going on with the Solar equipment?

b2-906- solar problem has been solved. the solar cork outside your flat was closed which has been opened now.

Same issue in B2 904.
This issue is prevalent since 2 days. Most flats are not getting hot water, and its winter!!
Please respond and take care of the issue.

Yes, I have been facing this issue starting from last week.It seems the air is causing the trouble in water pressure irrespective floor it seems. There is no water and just air or very low pressure supply.  it is very irritating when water goes of in middle of bath. request you to please expedite the resolution.

Hi Altaf,

Since last 3-4 days, very mild (colder than lukewarm) water is coming through the solar connection in my flat B2-904.

The seemed to have been resolved last week, when solar water was cut off for a couple of days, and then resumed properly. But the issue has re-surfaced. Please look into it, as I think the whole "4" line in B2 might be facing this issue.
