Hello All Casa Imperia Phase II Residents,

We have closed financial year 2018-2019. We have received all Expenses and Receivables details from Builder.

It has been decided to convene an Annual General Meeting of all Flat Owners on Sunday 14th April, 2019 at 11.30 am.

Main agenda of the meeting will be to discuss expenses account during the last financial year and arrive at maintenance amount for next year.

We can also discuss about other activities regarding society.
