Compiling Integrator for run time and using it

Hello everyone,

I am trying to compile the Integrator class to improve the performance of my model. But unfortunately when I generate the c-code, I am missing the right number of inputs and the compiled code doesn't seem compatible with CVODES or IDAS.

I have attached a very simple example file to show what I am trying to do with the complex model. I am looking forward to some feedback.
