Casacore data

Hi,

I have a question regarding the data files needed for casacore: As far as I can see, they are changed quite seldom. Most updates there get the leap second table TAI_UTC, and the geomagnetic field data IGRF, which also have changes every few months or so.

However, I got the recommendation that the file should be updated every week. Is there a rationale behind this? How often are these files updated?
