- What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using Debian Mint 201204.
2. I have installed cfitsio, wcslib, lapack, blas, flex, bison, gfortran
and libgfortran, HDF5, FFTW3, ipython, etc.
3. I install casacore and it looks correct.
4. I run make test.

- What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
During test, some packages fail (56 of 480).
Could this packages correspond to a particular library that is not
installed?.

88% tests passed, 56 tests failed out of 480

Total Test time (real) = 185.56 sec

Could you attach "Testing/Temporary/LastTest.log" please.

Have you install measures data as per wiki instructions?

Interesting... I just installed and got similar errors when running the
test suite.
In my case, 54 tests failed, but mostly they were the same ones mentioned
above.
Let me know if you'd like some report from me, too.

I wonder if this is specific to the latest build. I see it was released
just a few days ago.
Would you be willing to make the previous build available also?

I was mistaken earlier about the gfortran version. I am using v4.1.2 on
CentOS.
