Regarding the Incidents this week

Hello Fellow CASA Members,

 

I'm sure you all know about what has happened at our school over these last couple of weeks involving the African American students at our school and several other parties.  Everyone has different viewpoints on who is right and who is wrong.  However, quite a few of our classmates have been so affected by this that they can hardly concentrate to meet their paper deadlines and perform well on their exams, much less continue to attend our school.

 

The following link is to a petition that a few graduate students and TAs wrote in order to extend the deadline for those affected. Please take a minute or two to read and sign the petition.  We'd like to help as much as we can, because we know that if the roles were reversed, we'd like someone to do the same for us.
