I have re-attached it with this response. Please try this and see if it works for you. 

Also, make sure you have updated your adobe reader to version 9 or higher and Adobe Flash Version 10 or higher to view the attachments. 

Let me know if this solves the problem.

I cannot open the attachment.  I believe my Apple is up to date on Adobe.
