* Refugees in the Triangle
There are two muslim refugee families that arrived recently from
Burma. They are in desperate need of help. Currently the IAR is
helping one family and the other family is currently helped by a
church. 2 hous of your time would be a great help.
Br. Nabil & Sr. Ilham are organizing efforts and are seeking
volunteers willing to spend 2 hours of your time a week to take care
of some basic needs and help for the 2nd family.
Please contact Br. Nabil ASAP if you can help (mobile:
919-271-7063).
Also, please pass on this information to anyone interested.
We really are thankful to the Church volunteers for their humanitarian
efforts in the care of these refugees in need. This is indeed what
Islam teach us and we, as Muslims, are reminded of our responsibility
moreso and should be helping this family and others as needed.
