GREEN AND WHITE MEET (continued)
Please support the concessions at our meet.
POT LUCK DINNER AND MOVIE NIGHT- FRIDAY- JUNE 13TH!
Let's all get together after practice on fun Friday, June 13th and
share dinner and a movie with one another. Please write some
suggestions for the movie on the Green board in the club house.
Dinner is pot- luck- families with the last name of A-I bring salad,
veggie or bread, J-R please bring a main dish; S-Z you have desserts
and drinks.
STROKE AND TURN OR STARTER CLINICS OFFERED BY TSA
If you attended either of the above named clinics please let me know.
PRACTICE TIMES
I have heard some comments about the 4:00 pm being too early-
especially for year round students. I would like people's opinions
about the practice times. I will be posting a sheet on the Green
board- please let me know your choice. The majority will rule whether
there is a change or not. One on one accomodations can be worked out
with the coaches as needed.
SWIM TEAM ACTIVITIES
Our swim team activities coordinator, Jennifer Johns has been working
hard to put together some fun activities for everyone. We would like
to post the schedule but need some input from everyone first.
Please go to the Green Board and make your choice for either Franke's
or Emerald Pointe ( aka Wet n' Wild). I think that both events will
be fun but to do both activities will be pricey. The majority will
rule for this event. Additionally, we will schedule these events on
THURSDAY, not Wednesday so that we do not have a conflict with a meet
that had to be rescheduled due to inclimate weather ( fat chance of
that right?!!)
Those who attended the Durham Bulls game last year had a blast! The
game will be held on Friday, June 20th this year. Same deal as last
year- $11.00 gets you in to the game and gives you a food combo deal
as well! Come one, come all to see the Cary Swim Club Imps name on
the wall!
It really is a fun time and the fireworks after the game last year
were awesome!!
