Introducing kctrl package authoring commands!

Hi Community,

Last week we released kapp-controller v0.40.0, introducing the alpha release of kctrl package authoring commands! 

Package authors distribute their Kubernetes manifest by creating a package. Kctrl now simplifies creating and releasing packages without needing to be familiar with multiple Carvel tools like kbld, vendir, and imgpkg, through the use of three different commands. 

We believe that kctrl package authoring will help ease the installation experience by providing a Kubernetes native solution that is declarative, secure, hermetic, and embraces GitOps philosophy. Read all about these new commands in this blog post.

We are excited for you to give this a try and provide feedback. Please follow the instructions in the post to share your experience with these commands.
