Happy Friday! We have several exciting news items to share this week:

• Carvel was accepted as a Sandbox project into the Cloud Native Computing Foundation! Read all about the huge milestone in this blog post. Thank you so much to the community for your advocacy, contributions, and support!
• We're heading to Detroit next week for KubeCon + CloudNativeCon North America! Read about when and where we will be here.
• Ytt maintainers kicked off a tutorial series! Check out Part 1 here.

Due to KubeCon next week, we will cancel our community meeting and hope you join us at the next meeting on Wednesday, November 9, 9am PT. We meet every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month.
