This group manages access to the Carve Bunnies Community Calendar. Members added here are granted permission to view and contribute mission-aligned events to the shared calendar.

-The purpose of the calendar is to keep our community connected by sharing free and mission-aligned gatherings.
Members are welcome to:
•View/Post Self led Group Rides, Trips, and Meetups
•View/Post related events hosted by other groups
•Find others to split trip costs for hotel stays and carpooling
•Share/Post community and mission aligned events.

All event contributions must:
•Have a free option for our community members to participate
•Align with the Carve Bunnies mission
•Support community growth, access, and awareness initiatives.

We do not allow:
•Personal profit events
•Marketing promotions
•Paid trips or events that benefit an individual.

*Moderators reserve the right to review, edit, or remove events that do not adhere to community guidelines.*

-Please note: Self-led trips, group rides, and meetups may include personal information and private chat links intended strictly for verified community members.
-All members are expected to respect the privacy of this community.
-The Community Calendar may not be shared with outside groups or posted on public platforms without prior approval.

🚫Unauthorized sharing of the calendar will result in permanent removal from the group.

📩Public sharing requests must be submitted in advance. If approved, a limited-view calendar link will be provided that omits personal details and sensitive information to protect member privacy.

Maintaining a secure, trusted space for all members remains our priority.
