Cartool 3.91 (6638) unable to open documents

Hi,

I've installed the latest Cartool version (3.91, 6638) on my computer but I am unable to open documents with it, even *.els and *.error data files that I succesfully used with an earlier version. 

Did anyone else experience this problem and know a solution?
