Cartool not exporting .eph files

Hi, when we export FFT data from cartool, and select .eph file in the export tracks option, only the .vrb and .freq files export, and those do not show data when we try to open in excel. It used to be that we got an .eph file that we could open in excel. Any ideas?

I want to add that raw spectrogram data will export into an .eph file, but not the FFT processed data.
