Moving the discussion group to GitHub

This is to announce that this Google Groups forum will be closed in some shortly notice, though the old posts should remain visible.

All things related to issues and discussions with now be on the Cartool GitHub repository:

• You should now create tickets for any issue you might encounter
• All other exchanges are now in the Discussions page
  

I think this will greatly help the interactions with you all, as well as the follow-up of issues.
