Issue with the new Open Source Cartool version

Dear all,

I'm encountering an issue with the "Specify a display scaling" function in Cartool. When I enter a value, the scale doesn’t change (please see the attached image). As a result, I’m unable to view brain regions with significant interactions. This feature worked fine in the previous version of Cartool.

If anyone has experienced a similar problem or has any suggestions on how to resolve this, I would be extremely grateful for your help.

Hi Anna

I think you may not be running the "Set Display Scaling" from the right window..

• It can be launched from the EEG window, and will have no effects on the ESI window. Units in whatever the EEG is, usually micro-volts.
• Or it can be launched from the ESI window, which is what you want. Units are then micro-amperes per squared millimeters, or Z-values (unit-less) if the results have been standardized, which I higly recommended BTW.
