If this is raw data, it is possible that the amplitudes are so large that they are appearing as flat lines. I suspect this might be the case since you have a GFP waveform at the bottom. Try to filter the data 1-40 Hz to test this hypothesis.

Hi

I fixed a few things related to reading and writing EDF files, since the open source version of Cartool (>= 5.00). I would try this first and see.

Otherwise, it could simply be a display issue. It might happen when some other parts of the file (even not displayed) are very high. It will then adjust the display scaling on these extreme values. You can reset the scaling from the content of your current page in "Options > Reset tracks scaling".
