Can I use the opensource mobile SDK + offline maps & geocoding without a paid plan?

Hi i have a question about licensing when using the mobile SDK for offline mapping and offline geocoding.

I am aware that use of the Carto mobile SDK is free and opensource - should I need to download offline map & geocoding packages do I need an enterprise/paid plan?
